Panax Ginseng

Ginseng is used for increasing resistance to environmental stress and as a general tonic for improving well-being. Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola is an adaptogen that grows as a root primarily in cold regions and at high altitudes. Around the world the roots have been used in natural medicines to increase resistance to physical stress.
